Data protection
We collect data from our customers as part of the processing of contracts. Here, we pay particular attention to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and Telemedia Act. Without the customer’s consent, we will only record, process or use the personal and usage data of the customer provided this is required for the processing of the contractual relationship and for the use and billing of Telemedia.
The personal data that you provide us with, for instance when placing an order or sending us an email (e.g. your name and your contact details), will only be processed for the purpose for which you provided us with the data. We will only pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery provided this is required to deliver the goods. To process payments, we will pass your payment data on to the credit institute commissioned with the payment.
We attest that we will not pass on your personal data to any third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so, or you have provided us with your express consent to do so. To the extent we make use of third-party services for the implementation and processing of production processes, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act will be adhered to.
Personal data which was sent to us via our website will only be saved until the purpose for which it was sent to us has been fulfilled. To the extent that commercial and tax retention periods have to be observed, the duration of the storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.
Without the customer’s consent, we will not use the customer’s data for the purposes of advertising, marketing or opinion research.
Statistical data
We automatically record and save information in log files of our web server which the customer’s browser automatically transmits to our web server. This includes the type and version of the browser, the operating system used, the referring website and the data and time of the server request. However, we cannot allocate this data to specific persons. Furthermore, there is no link or merging with other data. This data is used solely for statistical purposes.
Objection/right to information
The customer has the right to information at any time relating to the personal data saved on them, its origin and recipient, as well as the purpose of the data processing. For any questions which this privacy statement was not able to answer, the customer can contact us at any time. Requests for blocking, deletion or correction can be sent to us via the address provided in the company information.

You can subscribe to a free newsletter on our website. When registering for the newsletter, the data from the input mask is transmitted to us, i.e. at least your email address.
